Gastronomy
"Kastell" gourmet restaurant
On the ground floor (can accommodate up to 30 people). An elegantly sober ambience beneath historic cross vaults and also an adjoining room with an arched window and small tower room can accommodate approx. 30 people. In the Kastell restaurant we serve gourmet cuisine made from fresh ingredients and also offer an extensive wine list and, to round things off, our selection of cigars.

Seminars and meetings in the "Ideas building"
The structural contrast to the castle, which was deliberately created by the Italian designer Michele De Lucchi, clearly illustrates the significance of time almost as soon as you see it. The clear wood/steel/glass structure is integrated unobtrusively into a fruit garden beneath the castle and it conveys a friendly openness at first glance.
